尊龙凯时人生就是搏的半导体光放大器（SOA）系列产品，主要应用于1550nm波长的光放大，能显著提高输出光功率 。该系列产品接纳密封的无机封装手艺，包管了产品的可靠性 。

● 自有 SOA 芯片，全工艺国产自主可控
● 具有高增益、低功耗、低偏振相关消耗、高消光比等特点
● 支持温度监测和 TEC 热电控制，确保全温度事情规模稳固运行

● 应用于漫衍式光纤传感系统中，替换声光调制器，实现光开关功效
● 应用于宽谱光源中，如光纤光栅的解调仪的宽谱光源
● 应用于光通讯系统中，实现 1550 波长光信号放大，替换部分 EDFA 应用
● 应用于 1550nm固态激光雷达或调频一连波激光雷达中，与窄线宽激光机团结爆发脉冲光 。
