尊龙凯时人生就是搏的1653.7nm窄线宽激光器为接纳量子阱结构的DFB激光器。产品为标准14PIN蝶形封装，通过内置的TEC实现准确温度控制，具有窄谱线线宽、高边模抑制比、高功率稳固性等特点，很是适用于对甲烷（CH4）气体的吸收光谱的检测应用。
