产品形貌
FCPL-314是一款门级驱动型光耦芯片，最大峰值输出电流可达2.5A，最大可驱动1200V/100A的IGBT 或者MOSFET，应用于电机控制和工业逆变等领域。
FCPL-314由高响应度光电二极管，高增益差分跨阻放大器和轨到轨功率输出级组成。内置的高响应度光电二极管和高增益差分跨阻放?器，使芯片具有较低的开启电流，同时能够提高芯片的共模噪声抑制能力。内置的轨到轨功率输出级，可实现较高的峰值输出电流，有陶瓷/塑封可选，有商业级/工业级/军品级可选。
